Job Role: Tech Support - IT (80% Backend)

Role & Responsibilities
* Conduct remote and in-person training sessions at distributor points or in market areas.
* Provide hands-on guidance to users on mobile and web applications.
* Resolve user queries and track reported issues until closure.
* Document frequently asked questions (FAQs) and share feedback for product improvement.
* Support application adoption by coordinating with internal teams and field users.
* Travel to assigned markets as and when required to ensure on-ground support.

Language Required (Mandatory):
Tamil, English, Malayalam,
Tamil, English, Kannada.
