• Min 0.6m+ of exp into HCC Coding (Non Certified)
• Preferred Immediate Joiners
• Notice period is acceptable
• Location : Hyderabad
• Mode : Work from Office only
• Virtual Interview
• Non Certified only

Role & responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical records to accurately abstract HCC codes in compliance with official coding guidelines and client-specific requirements.
• Perform detailed chart reviews, including provider documentation, inpatient, and outpatient records to identify valid HCC diagnosis (Part C & Part D).
• Ensure accurate and complete capture of diagnosis codes from approved medical record documentation sources.
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and data privacy standards.
• Proficiency in ICD-9-CM coding (knowledge of ICD-10-CM is a plus)
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
• Familiarity with official HCC coding and chart review guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet client goals and evolving requirements
