Key Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data-intensive products, translating complex data insights into actionable product features.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and iteration, focusing on data analytics solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and deliver high-impact data products.
- Utilize strong data modeling skills to structure data effectively for reporting, analysis, and product features.
- Drive product decisions by analyzing data trends, user feedback, and market research, using tools like Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Communicate product updates, performance metrics, and data insights clearly to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a Product Management role, specifically managing data or analytics products.
- Proven background in data analytics or a related technical field (e.g., Data Science, Data Engineering).
- Expert-level proficiency with core data analysis tools:
- Tableau (or similar BI tools for visualization and dashboarding)
- SQL (for data querying and analysis)
- Excel (for advanced analysis and modeling)
- Strong experience in data modeling principles and practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of translating complex data problems into simple, elegant product solutions.
