Job Title: Customer Support Executive Non-Voice Process
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Shift Timing: 9-hour rotational shift in between 7am to 11pm
Working Days: 5 days a week
Week Offs: 1 rotational off
Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Non- Voice Support team. This role involves handling customer queries from global clients via email /chat, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally through Email/Chat
Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues
Meet performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Graduate Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
HSC (12th pass) candidates must have minimum 6 months of experience in a voice process
Skills:
Good-Excellent verbal communication in English
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer proficiency
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
