RPA Business Analyst

Primary Skills :

• Business Analyst skills in RPA domain
• Experience working with one or more automation tools BP, AA, UiPath, WF etc.
• Have led a team end to end for RPA Projects

Secondary Skills:

• At least one or more of processes Agile, Waterfall, Jira
• Working knowledge on RFI, RFP, RFQ, Pre-Sales

Responsibilities:

• Be client facing and drive as-is process workshops and propose to-be process vision within RPA industry and well versed with PDDs.
• Identify and document automation opportunities and capture testing scenarios & enablers and articulate them to the client for further analysis and documentation
• Collaborate with project team and support test planning and working on UAT with the client
• Plan, Design & drive workshops with client SMEs to understand the end to end process while identifying any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation
• Calculate automation efforts and estimate FTE benefit, Present and document summary of findings to the client and walk them through to-be design of the automated process
• Support weekly due diligence updates with the client
• Identify, anticipate and understand the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process
• Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development
• Monitor the benefits realized as part of the delivers and recommend optimizations to improve automation efficiencies
