Job Description
Due to the Co-Vid 19 outbreak no walkin interviews are happening in the office, we will conduct the aptitude test online and HR/Ops round on Google Duo / Zoom, Please find below the other details related to the interview and job profile.
Note:To conduct aptitude test from home you need to have webcam enabled in your laptop or desktop, or mobile
Joining will happen virtually till lockdown is active and Work From Home will be provided accordingly.

- CFA Candidates not eligible.
- Commerce Freshers can apply.
- Male/Female should be ok with all the shift timings (Night/Day)
- Outstation or relocation candidates not eligible.
- Max Notice period of 30 days will be considered.
- Exp: 0 to 1.7 Yrs (in finance)
- The candidates have to comfortable to sign 1 year Training Agreement.
- Transport facility available as per company policy.
The JD is as below.
Experience-
- 0 to 2yrs of Finance experience is preferable.
- Fresher to be Finance/Commerce Graduate, MBA/PG (Finance - Freshers/Experienced) can apply.
- B.E, B.Tech,M.E,M.Tech (freshers not eligible) candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Post Graduate candidates with results awaited are eligible.
- Students Pursuing full time mba cannot apply.
- Graduates with online results of Final Sem can apply.
- 5 days working - Sat Sun fixed off
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Job includes working on various trade support activities across the Trade-Lifecycle. These activities may include one or more of the following:
- Trade Pre-Settlements support
- Front Office to Back Office reconciliation of trade position
- Report generations
- Settlements of Cash Flows coming from various trading events like Interest or Premium
- Operations of Syndicated Loans
- Corporate action set-up and operations
Job may also require candidate to work on other capital marker operational tasks other than Trade Life-cycle support, for example:
- Reference Data support
- Regulatory reporting (Swaps Data Repository, SDR)
- Know Your Customer (KYC)
- Various front-office and back-office reconciliations
Job would require candidate to learn and master various financial products including the following
- - Equity Securities and Derivatives
- - Interest Rates Swaps
- - FX Spot, Options, Futures
- - Credit Derivatives Swaps
- - Commodities Derivatives
- - Fixed Income products (e.g. Corporate and Treasury Bonds)
Assessment Rounds:
- 1. Aptitude Test: Logical, Quantitative and English grammar
- 2. HR Interview
- 3. Operation Interview (Final round).
- It's worth referring & surfing on Trade Life Cycle, Capital market, Types of Capital market Derivatives & Types of Derivatives on google.
