Job Description

We are hiring IP/DRG Medical Coding Auditors with 3-7 years of experience in inpatient coding and DRG validation. The role involves reviewing medical records, ensuring accurate ICD-10-CM/PCS coding, validating DRGs, and providing audit feedback to improve quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inpatient/DRG coding audits
Validate ICD-10-CM/PCS codes and final DRG assignment
Identify errors and document audit findings
Collaborate with coders for feedback and quality improvement
Stay updated on coding rules and guidelines

Skills Required

Strong IP/DRG coding & auditing experience
Knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS and DRG logic
Good analytical and communication skills
Experience with encoder/audit tools
