About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Operations Specialist and play a key role in supporting the FMCG Sales function. This position is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in sales planning, budgeting, and new product development within the Food & Beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Planning & Budgeting: Develop and monitor sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
• New Product Development Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches and market entry strategies.
• Sales Operations: Provide operational support, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, prepare dashboards, and deliver actionable insights.
• International Coordination: Work closely with UK/Canada teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in FMCG (Food & Beverages) domain.
• Strong knowledge of sales planning, budgeting, and operations.
• Experience in UK or Canada process is a must.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
