Job Description

Experience Required: 3 to 8 years of experience in operating and maintaining machines in a production environment.

Qualification: ITI (Mechanical , Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Electrical)

Job Locations: Navi Mumbai -Mahape & Bhiwandi-Antariksh

Role & responsibilities

Achieve production targets as outlined in the production plan.
Operate and maintain machines independently.
Perform troubleshooting and ensure timely action to minimize breakdowns during operations.
Ensure pouch sealing quality meets specified standards.
Monitor text and barcode accuracy printed on pouches.
Manage a team of 10 workers, assigning tasks based on skill and ability.
Report daily activities and issues to the Production Supervisor.
