Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Monitor and Review Content: Ensure all user-generated content complies with platform guidelines and community standards.
  • Identify and Flag Violations: Detect inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content and take necessary action.
  • Maintain Quality and Accuracy: Deliver consistent and precise moderation decisions while adhering to company protocols.
  • Handle Customer Interactions via Non-Voice Channels: Respond to queries through chat, email, or other text-based platforms.
  • Document and Update Records: Maintain accurate logs of moderation actions and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Coordinate with relevant departments for issue resolution and process improvements.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Achieve targets related to turnaround time, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Adapt to Dynamic Guidelines: Stay updated with evolving policies and ensure compliance at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Experience : Both freshers and experience are eligible for the role.
  • Education: Any bachelor's degree.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
