Customer Service Executive Airline Process

Location: Gurugram, Sector 21 (Office)
Working Days / Shifts: 6-day working week, rotational shifts
Transport: Cab facility provided (to/from office)

Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Executive in our Airline Process team, you will be the first point of contact for airline customers handling their queries, providing support for bookings, flight schedules, cancellations/changes, and offering timely resolution with empathy and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and complaints via voice / calls (and/or chat/email, if needed) regarding flight bookings, schedules, cancellations/changes, baggage, policies and other airline-related queries.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about airline processes, reservations, ticketing rules, and travel policies.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, update databases or CRM systems, and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Provide first-time resolution where possible; ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Adapt to shifting schedules; maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy even during high-pressure situations.

Requirements:


  • Good command of English (verbal communication essential).
  • Graduation not required; candidates with 12th pass / equivalent are welcome.
  • Freshers or those with prior customer service / BPO / airline-related or voice process experience are eligible.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts and a 6-day working schedule.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, strong communication & problem-solving skills, ability to handle pressure, empathy, and a positive attitude.
