Job Description: Customer Support Executive Domestic Voice Process (Banking)

Position: Customer Support Executive

Process: Banking Domestic Voice

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

Salary: 15,000 19,000 (In-hand)

Shifts: Rotational Shifts

Weekly Off: Rotational Offs

Location: Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls for banking-related queries.
Assist customers with account information, transaction details, card issues, and general banking support.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate cases as needed.
Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and solution-oriented service.
Update customer interaction details in the CRM system accurately.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication skills in [Hindi & English language].
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under rotational shifts and weekly rotational offs.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Prior experience in customer support or banking process is an advantage (optional).

Key Requirements:

Must be a Graduate (any stream).
Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
Good communication and customer service mindset.
