We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives for a Domestic Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi/English, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services.
- Maintain call and case logs as per process requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
