• Lead multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Guide customers on SAP best practices for quick wins.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and trainings.
• Develop and ensure the quality of process models.
• Support escalated projects and contribute to the Business Process Library approach.
• Coach colleagues and lead customer stakeholders in their digital journey with comprehensive knowledge across SAP solution portfolio.
• Perform feasibility studies/solution reviews and support pre-sales activities.
