Hexaware is looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our Customer Service International Voice Process Team

Process: Inbound Customer Service (Intl Healthcare Voice Process)

Shift Window: 24*7 Shifts (any 9.5 hours working)

Working Days: 5

Week Offs: Any two (Rotational Week offs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from international customers.
• Resolve Customer queries and issues

Eligibility:

• 0-5 years of experience
• Willingness to work in International BPO
• HSC/Grad
• Excellent Verbal and Written skills

Salary - Up to 4,75,000 CTC/-

Rounds of Interview:

• HR
• Ops
• Voice Versant
