Job Description

Role Purpose:
Responsible for customer installation, fault repair, and service delivery within the assigned territory while meeting SLAs and improving process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Handle installation & fault repair requests within timelines.
Reduce repeat/reopen cases and meet KPI targets.
Coordinate with LCOs and internal teams for faster resolutions.
Monitor field associate performance and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably B.Tech)
3+ years of experience in network/service operations
