Job Description

Job Title: Territory Manager

Location: Circle
Function: Network Home Delivery Organization
Reports To: Area Manager

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing installation, fault repair activation, and driving product pitches to meet service level agreements (SLAs) within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely resolution of service requests and maintain SLAs.
  • Identify network rehabilitation opportunities and optimize installation/fault repair processes.
  • Manage quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with local cable operators (LCOs), cross-functional teams, and customers.
  • Monitor and report team productivity via Airtels work platform.
  • Drive reduction in repeat service requests and escalations.
  • Lead and support a third-party workforce (30-35 members indirectly).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably B.Tech.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
