Job Description
We are hiring Team Leads for our International Banking processes in Concentrix. There are three different LOB openings across Collections, Voice, and Back Office operations. If you have strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams in international banking, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team handling International Banking processes (Collections / Voice / Back Office).
- Monitor team performance, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain quality standards.
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Drive process improvements and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Overall 4+ years of experience in BPO operations, with minimum 1 year as a Team Lead.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Domain knowledge in Collections /Voice / Back Office banking processes.
- Ability to manage performance metrics and achieve targets.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Education:
- Graduate in any discipline
