About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer in ML Engineering with strong full-stack capabilities in ASP.NET, MVC, and React.js. The ideal candidate should be able to lead development modules, provide technical guidance, and contribute to architecture discussions for products based on Gen AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance full-stack applications.
- Lead and mentor the development team on technical implementation.
- Work closely with architects and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop backend APIs and services using ASP.NET/MVC.
- Build responsive frontend applications using React.js.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices.
- Integrate Applications with Gen AI/LLM frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews and support troubleshooting.
Required Skills
- 711 years of experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET, MVC, C#, .NET Core.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
- Good understanding of SQL Server and data modelling.
- Experience working on scalable, distributed systems.
- Exposure to Gen AI/LLM technologies is preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
