Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and maintain Genesys WFM solutions for clients across various industries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using Cisco technology.
Provide technical guidance on VoIP architecture, routing protocols, and network configuration to ensure optimal system performance.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to call center operations, including root cause analysis and resolution.

Job Requirements :

3-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Genesys WFM (CUCM).
Strong understanding of Cisco technologies such as IP PBX systems, routers, switches etc. .
Experience working with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) networks and troubleshooting common issues.
