Senior Genesys Engineer @ NCR Corporation

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain Genesys WFM solutions for clients across various industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using Cisco technology.
• Provide technical guidance on VoIP architecture, routing protocols, and network configuration to ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to call center operations, including root cause analysis and resolution.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Genesys WFM (CUCM).
• Strong understanding of Cisco technologies such as IP PBX systems, routers, switches etc. .
• Experience working with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) networks and troubleshooting common issues.
