Were Hiring! Spanish & English - Immediate joining from 2nd January 26.

Location: Work From Home
Week Off: Saturday / Sunday
Shift:12 Noon to 9 PM
Workdays: MondayFriday

About the Role

Were looking for an experienced RFP Proposal to lead and manage our end-to-end RFP response process. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both Direct and Indirect Sales teams, ensure high-quality proposal delivery, and guide team members throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the full RFP proposal cycle
Ensure timely, accurate,and high-quality proposal submissions
Provide coaching,mentorship, and direction to team members
Review and ensure alignment of proposed solutions with Sales strategy
Handle complex and technical proposals with minimal supervision
Deliver solutions to diverse and complex customer requirements

Required Experience & Skills

26 years of experience in RFP management or similar role
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluency in English and Spanish (written & spoken)
Experience using AI tools for information gathering and RFP content creation
Familiarity with Premise and Cloud-based Telephony & Contact Center solutions
