We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager FP&A who will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision support for the organization. This role acts as a strategic finance partner, driving insights and enabling strong financial performance. Key Responsibilities
Lead AOP, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts.
Build and maintain detailed financial models.
Analyze revenue, margins, deal pipelines, client-level metrics, and project costing.
Partner with sales & delivery teams for pricing and commercial decisions.
Deliver monthly dashboards, variance analysis, and board presentations.
Support ROI assessments for new initiatives and strategic investments.
Strengthen FP&A processes, governance, automation, and reporting. Skills & Experience Required
Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics.
Deep understanding of IT services metrics: utilization, project costing, rate cards, revenue models.
Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan) is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Preferred Background
FP&A / Corporate Finance experience in IT services or project-based businesses.
