Job Description

Job Opening Revenue Lead

Location: Chandigarh
Budget: Up to 6.5 LPA
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Role Type: Field Role (Daily Travel Involved)


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain assigned hotel/property portfolio while reducing churn
  • Build strong partner relations and resolve operational issues efficiently
  • Drive revenue through improved occupancy, sellable inventory & room availability
  • Follow up and ensure timely collection of pending receivables
  • Focus on improving guest experience metrics across low-performing properties
  • Coordinate with hotel owners, central teams & customers to resolve challenges
  • Provide ground-level intelligence on market trends, pricing and competition behavior

Key Performance Indicators

  • Occupancy Growth (URNs)
  • PAH Realization
  • Daily Sellable Room Nights (DSRN)
  • Guest Experience & Review Scores

Required Skills

  • Strong relationship management & negotiation abilities
  • Operational understanding & basic technical capability (Excel, ERP, App usage)
  • Good communication skills + analytical mindset
  • Problem-solving ability with field ownership

Eligibility

  • 2 to 7 years of experience preferred
  • Prior experience in operations / account management / revenue handling
  • Hospitality background is a plus
