Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

• Java Technical Lead to lead the development of scalable, high-performance applications for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. This is a hands-on leadership role in a product-based environment, requiring deep technical expertise, product thinking, and the ability to deliver secure, mission-critical applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and compliance. • Strategic thinking with attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Design o Own technical design and architecture decisions for complex enterprise applications. o Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. o Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks for optimal performance and scalability.

Development & Delivery o Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient Java code using industry best practices. o Lead the implementation of robust, secure, and scalable APIs and microservices. o Oversee code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment processes. o Willing to travel for assignments

• Team Management & Mentoring o Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in agile/scrum environments. o Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. o Provide technical guidance, perform performance reviews, and support career development.

DevOps & CI/CD o Work closely with DevOps to automate builds, deployments, and monitoring processes. o Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through effective infrastructure practices.

• Documentation & Compliance o Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with coding standards and security guidelines. o Collaborate with QA and security teams to meet enterprise-level standards. Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 23 years in a lead role.
• Strong core Java skills (Java 8 or higher).
• Solid understanding of design patterns, and secure coding practices. Experience with SOA, and microservices architecture
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Proven expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful services, Apache Solr / Apache Lucene
• Experience of frontend technologies like Thymeleaf, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Experience with build tools (Maven/Gradle), version control (Git/SVN), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)

. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.

Experience with SWIFT MT & MX Messages
