Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a full-time Work From Home role to handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and complaints
Assist with order tracking, refunds, and app-related issues
Provide accurate product and payment information
Meet performance metrics and maintain quality

Requirements:

0-4 years of experience
Good communication & problem-solving skills
Laptop + 10 Mbps internet + headset
Comfortable with rotational shifts
No leaves for the first 3 months
