Role Summary

Were seeking a hands-on FullStack Engineering Lead to own end-to-end delivery of web applications using Java/Spring Boot on the backend and React.js on the frontend. You will lead a cross-functional squad, drive architecture and code quality, mentor engineers, and partner with product, design, and DevOps to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
