Job Description
Dear All,
SpiceJet invites energetic and enthusiastic candidates to apply for the position of Executive/Sr. Executive - MIS in our Medical Department on 15th December, 2025 (Monday) from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Designation: Executive/Sr. Executive - MIS (Male candidate only)
Department: Medical Department
Location: Gurugram
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/Graduate
Experience: 1-5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end vendor registration and on-boarding formalities.
Manage monthly billing cycles, including invoice generation, verification, and reconciliation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and administrative records.
- Coordinate with external parties such as other airlines, AAI, and DGCA for operational and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with the IT support team to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth functioning of departmental software and hardware.
- Manage medical inventory, including aircraft medicine kits and other required medical supplies.
- Oversee stock maintenance and ensure adequate supply to meet operational needs.
- Handle supply-chain logistics, including procurement, storage, and distribution of medical materials.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the medical team for travel arrangements, accommodation, and forex requirements.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support overall departmental operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in administration, finance, coordination, and technology-driven processes.
- Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and financial reconciliation.
- Proficient in excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with vendors, external agencies, and government bodies.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt digital tools and system workflows.
- Prior experience or knowledge in a medical-related field is an added advantage.
