Hiring Alert | Head of Nursing ICU (Male)
One of the leading multi-specialty hospitals in Hisar, Haryana is hiring an experienced Head of Nursing ICU to lead critical care nursing services.
Location: Hisar, Haryana
Salary: Up to 65,000 per month
Experience: 58 Years (ICU experience mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ICU nursing operations
- Ensure high standards of critical care & patient safety
- Supervise ICU nursing staff, duty rosters, and training
- Ensure compliance with ICU protocols, NABH & quality standards
- Coordinate with intensivists, doctors, and hospital management
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):
Male candidates only
B.Sc Nursing / GNM (M.Sc preferred)
58 years ICU experience (mandatory)
Prior experience as ICU In-charge / ICU Head / Nursing Lead
Candidates from Kerala preferred
Must be well-spoken in Hindi
Willing to relocate to Hisar, Haryana
