Your Impact
Youre the heartbeat of the bar.
You will:
Run bar operations smoothly, confidently, and with flair
Craft classic cocktails, signature drinks, and fresh concepts
Train, guide, and elevate junior bartenders
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control like a pro
Maintain top-tier hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
Engage guests with personality, warmth, and effortless charm
Create an atmosphere people want to come back to

Who You Should Be
Were looking for presence, skill, and passion not just experience.
3+ years of bartending experience (senior/lead role preferred)
Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and current mixology trends
Confident communicator with strong guest-handling skills
Calm under pressure, sharp during rush hours
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Team-first attitude with leadership instincts
Experience in Goas hospitality scene is a big plus
