Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch office, ensuring smooth functioning and meeting targets.
Oversee admissions process, including student counseling, enrollment management, and batch planning.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive business growth.
Foster strong relationships with educational institutions, industry partners, and other stakeholders to expand network opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality education.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-15 years of experience in center management or branch management in an educational setting.
Strong background in admission counseling, career counseling, educational administration, educational marketing, student counseling.
Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth through innovative strategies.
