Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst (TBA) to bridge business needs with AI/ML-driven technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, data scientists, ML engineers, and stakeholders to translate business problems into clear, actionable technical requirements and ensure successful delivery of AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities:-

Business & Requirement Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and success metrics
• Translate business needs into functional, technical, and data requirements
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Identify AI/ML use cases aligned with business value
  

AI / Technical Collaboration

• Work closely with Data Scientists & ML Engineers to define problem statements, inputs, outputs, and evaluation metrics
• Understand model lifecycle: data collection, training, validation, deployment, monitoring
• Assist in defining features, labels, datasets, and data quality requirements
• Support model performance tracking and feedback loops
  

Data & Reporting

• Analyze data using SQL/Excel/BI tools to derive insights
• Define KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives
• Support dashboards and reporting for stakeholders
  

Core Skills

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Technical BA
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (supervised vs unsupervised learning, NLP, CV basics, model metrics)
• Experience working with data-driven or AI products
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
