Role: Business Analyst with Legal Background

Experience: 6 to 12 Years

Location: Chennai/Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore/Ahmedabad/Coimbatore/Dehradun

Notice: Immediate to 15 days

Role Overview: We are seeking a Legal Tech Domain Specialist who brings a strong blend of legal expertise and business analysis skills to bridge the gap between legal operations and technology enablement.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with legal workflows, contract management systems, eDiscovery, and compliance platforms, coupled with strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with legal, compliance, and IT stakeholders to translate legal business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Work across platforms such as CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), eDiscovery, Legal Hold, Matter Management, and Compliance tools.
• Conduct business process mapping and identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and efficiency improvement within legal operations.
• Collaborate with development and solution teams to design, validate, and implement legal tech solutions aligned to business goals.
• Support requirements gathering, user stories, backlog prioritization, and UAT for legal technology initiatives.
• Prepare process documentation, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, ensuring alignment between business needs, technical design, and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related discipline; additional certification in Business Analysis or Legal Technology preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows such as contract review, matter management, litigation support, and compliance tracking.
