Job Description

Collections Executive

This position manages loan recovery and customer communication. Responsibilities involve field work, handling calls and queries, maintaining records, and meeting collection targets. Requirements include a minimum 12th pass qualification, preferred experience in collections or sales, basic computer skills, and strong communication, often in Hindi or regional languages

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Contact potential and existing customers for new loan applications or to follow up on repayments.
Sales & Pitching: Clearly explain KreditBee's products, features, benefits, and loan terms over the phone.
Customer Engagement: Engage customers, understand needs, address queries, and build rapport.
Collections: Remind customers of EMIs, follow up on missed payments, explain consequences, and set payment plans.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales/collection targets.
Documentation & Data Entry: Accurately record call details, follow-ups, and customer information in systems.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and misunderstandings, escalating complex cases when necessary
