Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer @ Crisil

Job Description

Responsibilities & Impact

• Support the design and implementation of intelligent agentic ai/Automation solutions using platforms such as Spark Assist, FDL, APIs, and Flow Canvas.
• Collaborate closely with the Development Lead and team members to build scalable, efficient agentic frameworks.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical challenges within agentic ai / automation projects.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of agentic ai best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth deployment of ai/agent/automation solutions.
• Stay informed about emerging AI/ML technologies and evolving industry standards to help guide innovation within the team.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Python programming (minimum 2 years).
• Familiarity with agentic ai platforms and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, or similar frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in AI/ML/Generative AI or agentic-focused roles.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps practices and CI/CD workflows tailored for AI systems.
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to solution design with a forward-looking approach
