Job Title: QA Lead Automation & Salesforce Testing

Roles & Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end testing deliverables across multiple programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and business continuity.
Manage a team of 1012 QA professionals, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development.
Drive automation strategy and execution; collaborate with Architects and Scrum teams to ensure testability and automation readiness.
Provide functional and technical feedback on design; innovate using latest tools and processes for QA (manual & automation).
Develop and maintain automation frameworks supporting CI/CD; create POCs for continual improvement.
Document best practices and mentor junior team members.
Engage with senior business leadership and work independently under minimal supervision.
Define QA roadmap in alignment with portfolio/IT managers and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong experience in Salesforce testing and Einstein Analytics.
Expertise in Agile testing, test automation, and accelerators/tools.
Hands-on with Selenium C#, BDD framework (SpecFlow), API automation, and Selenium Grid implementation.
Ability to apply test metrics and measurements effectively.
10+ years of QA experience with proven leadership in medium-to-large programs.
