Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Providing timely inputs regarding quantity and cost to planning dept.
2. Must be aware of preparation of Pre-Start Estimate.
3. Reconciliation of material and labour during and on completion of the project.
4. Raising and obtained certification of invoices as per contract terms (Client billing.)
5. Timely preparation and processing of sub agency bills (Subcontractors bills)
6. Capturing of expenses and receipt in the system to provide inputs to Planning / finance dept. for MIS report (e.g. P & L, CTC etc.)
7. To ensure the implementation of QS procedure and SAP systems.
8. Study of drawings/ technical specifications and BOQ.
9. Compiling executed quantities as per contract terms.
10. Carrying out daily joint inspection of records / measurements.
11. Preparing of bill in SAP / Submission / certification from client including extra item bills
12. Having knowledge about Schedule of Rates and must be aware of the complete Billing cycle & Procedure with the AP Government Authorities.
13. Monthly sending of submitted and certified client bill to accounts dept.
14. Identification of deviated item extra item and giving feedback to Project manager.
15. Preparation and monitoring of receivable statement from client.
16. Final bill preparation and certification from clients.
17. Attending client/ PMC meetings when required.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Should be B.Tech/B.E Civil with 12- 17 yrs exp from good construction companies.

Experience in high raised /commercial building is mandatory
