Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

The Customer Service Executive will handle inbound/outbound customer calls from UK clients related to finance-linked support services (billing, payments, account queries, service issues, etc.)

Qualification & Experience

  • B.Com. Graduate with relevant experience in international voice process.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in International Voice processes (UK, US, or AUS) mandatory.
  • Versant Certification preferred
  • Experience in BPO/FAO processes preferred (Billing, AR, AP, collections queries, customer support related to finance).
  • Looking for immediate joiners

Saturday & Sunday Fixed off
