Your Role The incumbent would work in a cross-functional teaming environment and drive business agenda across various stakeholders In this role you will play a key role in

10+ years in with top consulting firms or consulting arms of Indian IT firms or with utilities / New Energy industry itself. Experience of global delivery models in the consulting / digital business; working with clients in NA market

Commercial shaping and solution architecting you will be commercially savvy and bring a value lens to all our work with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to work across sales, delivery, business development, solutioning and people management skill.

Strong sector expertise with ability to work with global clients and stakeholders. Experience of working in large advisory companies across geographies and cultures

Your Profile

Knowledge of utilities customer platforms and /or Digital operations / IoTisation and transformation.

Worked on Smart grid / Renewable & Storage / DERMS / Energy Efficiency / Demand Response / Intelligent Asset Management / Decarbonization strategy / sustainability agenda .

Strong client facing experience. Passionate, high energy, excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
