Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, skilled, and self-driven Senior Videographer, Video Editor & Content Creator to enhance our digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in video shooting, editing, content creation, and social media management. Experience in hospitals, healthcare, or similar service industries will be given preference.
This role requires end-to-end responsibilityfrom conceptualizing content ideas, shooting, editing, and final output, to uploading and managing content on digital and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot high-quality videos including doctor interviews, patient testimonials, surgery awareness content, facility tours, digital campaigns, and social media reels.
- Edit videos professionally using industry-standard tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form content aligned with the hospitals branding and communication guidelines.
- Manage, upload, and publish content across all major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
- Collaborate with doctors, staff, and management to plan and execute content strategies.
- Ensure timely posting, consistent engagement trends, and analytics review on social platforms.
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, healthcare digital marketing trends, and video formats.
- Handle basic photography, thumbnails, and graphic creation using editing/design tools.
- Maintain proper storage, backup, and organization of all video & content files.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory experience in video shooting, editing, and content creation (3 to 7 years).
- Strong understanding of lighting, audio, camera operations, and video production workflow.
- Proficiency in video editing software and creative design tools.
- Ability to conceptualize, script, and execute engaging content independently.
- Experience in healthcare/hospital industries will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement patterns, and analytics dashboards.
- Good communication skills, creativity, and ability to work under deadlines.
- A strong portfolio of previous video work is compulsory.
