Job Description

Backend support for sales teams - help them sell better by providing the right tools, data, pricing, and process support.

What Will You Do?

Support Sales Teams:

• Handle licensing, training, pricing, budgeting, and negotiation support
• Give sales teams the content, training, and data they need
• Work behind the scenes so salespeople can focus on selling

Manage Supply & Demand:

• Track product inventory and supply planning
• Forecast what customers will need
• Manage rebates and resolve customer issues
• Balance what customers want vs. what's available

Data & Systems:

• Use Salesforce and SAP to track sales data
• Analyze pipelines and customer business
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Create reports and insights

Lead & Improve:

• Manage and coach a team
• Drive continuous improvements in processes
• Handle customer escalations and urgent issues
• Work with senior leadership and customers

What Do They Want?

Must-Have:

1. 7-11 years experience in Sales Operations or Sales Enablement
2. Supply chain knowledge - demand/supply planning, inventory, forecasting
3. Systems expertise - Salesforce, SAP (S4 Hana)
4. Excel skills - advanced level to analyze complex data
5. Communication - work with sales teams, customers, and executives
