Key Responsibilities

• Own UX deliverables across multiple projects from early concepts to high-fidelity interaction designs
• Collaborate with product management to shape UX vision while balancing user needs and business goals
• Understand company objectives to help set priorities and guide design directions
• Contribute to and advocate for the AVEVA Design System across products
• Deliver high-quality UX outputs including user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and detailed interaction specs

Essential Requirements

• 45+ years of full-time, dedicated UX Design experience (not mixed roles)
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal suitable for a global team
• Experience designing for Web and Windows platforms with adherence to UI guidelines
• Ability to sketch and ideate using both traditional (pencil & paper) and digital tools
• Proven experience delivering high-quality UX and UI outputs
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with AVEVA Design System, Microsoft, and Material Design guidelines
