Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated fresher with a keen eye for detail to join our Process & Quality / Information Security Audit team. The role includes supporting internal quality audits, documenting processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards such as ISO guidelines, the Quality Management System (QMS), and the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting internal audits process to ensure compliance with defined SOPs and quality/ISMS standards.
- Support the preparation, review, and maintenance of audit checklists, audit reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action follow-ups.
- Help in monitoring process adherence and identifying gaps or deviations in workflow.
- Work closely with process owners to gather data, verify documentation, and update records as required.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO standards (ISO 9001/ISO 27001) and QMS/ISMS documentation.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives by providing basic analysis and highlighting repetitive issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, audit findings, and quality metrics.
- Learn and apply quality tools and methodologies under the guidance of senior team members.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of ISO standards, QMS/ISMS, or quality/Information Security processes (preferred, not mandatory)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to process workflows
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Educational Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Diploma preferably in Engineering, Management, or related fields (freshers can apply 2024/2025 passouts preferred)
Additional Advantage (Not Mandatory):
- Familiarity with ISO 9001/27001 and QMS/ISMS concepts
- Understanding of process mapping or audit basics
- Internship or project exposure in quality or auditing
