Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (10+ years)

Location: Bangalore office - Hybrid (2 Days a week)

Shift: Regular IST hours (10am 7pm IST)

Interview rounds: 2 rounds(One round is F2F)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred.

Role & responsibilities

10+ years of overall development experience in software
engineering
hands-on development experience in ServiceNow
hands-on development experience in ITOM/CMDB

Abstract: Strong Implementation experience with ServiceNow CSM

(case management, ITSM (problem, change), ITOM (CMDB,

discovery, mapping) with strong foundational platform skills &

integration skills.

Strong Experience with ServiceNow development,administration, and configurations, scripting capabilities usingJavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, and Business Rules.
Good understanding of Flow Designer, workflow Editor, andorchestration
Familiarity with scoped applications, update Sets, andServiceNow Release Management.
Strong understanding of mid-server architecture andintegrations.
Strong in understanding of ACLs, roles, and contextualsecurity models within ServiceNow
Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIdevelopment, Inbound/Outbound Integrations, and webservice orchestration, custom integration scripts, handlingauthentication (Basic, OAuth 2.0), and parsing structured data(JSON/XML)
