As an SAP Controlling and CO-PA Lead, you will play a key role in organizational journey toward 2027 - governing and evolving the established template across Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA/Margin Analysis), Product Costing, and Profit Center Accounting (PCA) to ensure standardized, compliant, and integrated processes while bridging project delivery and BAU operations.
What Youll Be Doing
- Collaborate with Business Process Managers (BPMs) and SMEs to align the approved CO/CO-PA/PCA/Product Costing template with business needs.
- Oversee CO-PA design consistency(characteristics, derivations, valuation, allocations) and FICO reconciliation in the Universal Journal.
- Govern Controlling master data and structures (controlling area, operating concern, profit/cost center hierarchies, cost component split, Universal Allocation).
- Coordinate end-to-end integration with FISDMMPP (pricing/billing to CO-PA, Material Ledger, WIP/variance, settlement).
- Define reporting requirements and adoption(CDS views, Fiori analytical apps) and KPI hierarchies.
- Lead business testing (SIT, UAT) planning, execution oversight, and defect resolution.
- Guide data migration and cutover rules; oversee mock loads and reconciliations toward go-live.
- Support deployments across global markets and drive adoption and compliance.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to global and local teams.
- Deliver user documentation and best-practice guidelines and support continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For
710 years of SAP CO experience across CCA, CO-PA, Product Costing, and PCA.
Strong knowledge of Account-Based CO-PA/Margin Analysis and Universal Journal.
Experience with integration across FISDMMPP and with Material Ledger, WIP/variance, and settlement.
Experience with reporting enablement (CDS/Fiori) and analytics-driven KPIs.
Strong testing leadership and data migration/cutover oversight.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills for business - IT collaboration
