Job Description
- Manage and process billing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the accounts receivable team to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Develop and implement effective billing procedures to improve productivity.
- Analyze and report on billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
