Job Description:-
Pre-qualify request by determining quality and completeness of purchase request (PR) based on defined set of rules for complex requests
Identify and source potential suppliers based on the requirements provided by Client.
Obtain and analyze quote/pricing from preferred or contracted supplier and submit for approval
Build negotiation strategies to execute fact-based negotiations and obtain long / short terms discounts
Lead negotiations with the suppliers to obtain savings on high value requisitions
Support other Procurement members in obtaining spot buy savings
Build & Maintain effective supplier relationships to get timely quotations, obtain savings / discounts
Verify all required approvers are included in submission of requisition
Create Purchase Orders (PO), PO amendments / deletions based on requests
Attempt to resolve outstanding receipt-related issues / open order expediting
Handling queries regarding Invoice / PO Mismatch
Required Candidate profile
Graduate
Willing to work in all shifts including Night Shifts.
Decent communication skills.
Comfortable for Gurgaon location.
