As a Business Analyst (internally known as Senior Analyst), you will utilize your extensive business process expertise and experience to define and design customer solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform and other third-party tools. You ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of your projects.
Responsibilities
Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for IT solutions.
Creating Business Cases that outline benefits, costs, and potential risks associated with implementing solutions.
Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops.x
Contribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies.
Collaborating with technical teams to design IT solutions, creating system documentation, knowledge articles, flowcharts, and diagrams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
Assisting in defining test plans, conducting testing activities, and ensuring that developed solutions meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
Monitoring system performance, collecting user feedback, and identifying areas for improvement, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of IT solutions.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mapping business processes into ITSM platforms, with a preference for experience in the ServiceNow platform.
Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools.
Certified System Administrator preferred.
Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred.
