Project Role :Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)
Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationSummary:As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while applying your expertise in quality processes and methodologies to develop comprehensive testing strategies that enhance the overall application lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Good exposure on .NET testing and having exposure to .NET migration from OnPrem to OnPremPrepare Test case creation, Test Execution Plan & coordinating with Technical teamCollaborate with stakeholders and onshore team on daily basisHaving exposure on Azure DevOps Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Functional Testing.
  • Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements to create effective testing strategies.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Functional Testing.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
