Key Responsibilities

  • Billing & Invoicing:
    • Generate, submit, and send client invoices and invoice adjustments accurately and on time, adhering to client-specific requirements.
    • Confirm the completeness of all invoice submissions, postings, and reports before the end of each week.
    • Assist with invoices submission through various client platforms (Portals).
    • Maintain and update billing records for accurate documentation.
  • Issue Resolution & Collaboration:
    • Investigate and resolve billing-related operational issues raised by clients or Field personnel.
    • Respond to internal and external billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure billing accuracy and proactively resolve issues.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting:
    • Review and improve existing billing procedures to increase efficiency and reduce financial risks.
    • Utilize technology to streamline and improve billing processes.
    • Generate and support billing reports and analytics for internal stakeholders and financial planning.
  • Support: Provide back-up support for other Billing team colleagues as needed.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

We are seeking an analytical, problem-solving, and customer-centric individual committed to process efficiency.


Required:

  • Education: University or College Degree in Business, Commerce, or Accounting.
  • Experience: 610 years of experience in a financial role.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel skills with proficiency to analyze data and use V-lookups, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills. Bilingual communication with excellent written and verbal skills is essential.
